Artists, do you want your work to receive broad exposure and possibly sell? If so, you can enter your artwork for exhibition at one of the county’s most visited locations.

Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places Program is issuing a call to visual artists who reside in Palm Beach County to submit artwork to be considered for a four-month exhibition at the Palm Beach International Airport.

Hurry! Exhibition dates are September 17, 2009 – December 17, 2009.

Solar Abstractions will feature works that explore the power and brilliance of the sun’s splendor in Palm Beach County. In order for entries to be considered for selection, the content presented must reflect the exhibition theme.

Artists may obtain a copy of the ‘Call to Artists’ in three ways:

1) At http://pbcgov.com/fdo/art/calls.htm
2) By sending an email request to esinger@pbcgov.org
3) By sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Palm Beach County Art in Public Places, 2633 Vista Parkway, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
