Zen Crunch, created by a Palm Beach Gardens woman, is featured as the “Snack of the Day” today on Rachael Ray’s talk show.
“My team and I are excited about sharing this amazing product with Rachael’s viewers,” said Zen Rabbit founder and chief executive Lori Saitz.
Zen Crunch starts with coconut, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a sweet, caramel-like coating. One version includes dried cranberries, cashews and white chocolate chips. Another version includes dried cherries, almond slices & semi sweet chocolate chips.
Rachael Ray audience members each receive an 8-ounce bag of the treat. The show airs locally at 2 p.m. on WPTV Channel 5.
“Our company’s philosophy is all about being of service and helping people express appreciation for their valued relationships. Zen Crunch certainly makes a delicious statement of caring,” Saitz said.
The product is sold at ZenCrunch.com. Zen Rabbit also makes The Gratitude Cookie, a buttery sugar cookie, named to promote grateful appreciation.
