Just as a great-looking person with a hot haircut can be the best advertisement for a hairdresser, a person digging into a sinful-looking dessert is the best advertisement for its maker — particularly in the eyes of dessert-deprived types craving a mouthful of hot apple topping.

And believe me — we were. The Crepe-maker, located at the end of a strip mall in Royal Palm Beach, is the specific culinary Pied Piper of which I speak.

A purveyor of mouth-melty crepes that cover the savory (Tex-Mex) and sweet (apple with Nutella!) side of your cravings, it’s not expensive and, depending on what you get, it’s relatively healthy. And if you’re just looking to be slightly sinful, there are small and large sizes. We went with the small — this time. Next time, we make no promises.
