More: Directions, more information

Nearly 50 restaurants will be taking part in this year’s Taste of the Palm Beaches on Nov. 11 at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, in an event for the Big Heart Brigade charity.

The restaurants, along with several other vendors and sponsors, will be handing out samples along PGA Boulevard at the PGA Commons work/live complex. The fest will take place from 5:30-9 p.m. and includes dining establishments from all over North County.

The proceeds will benefit the Big Heart Brigade, which is set to put on what they’re calling the “world’s largest Thanksgiving feast for those in need.”

Tickets are $35 in advance and are available at Store self-storage in Palm Beach Gardens or online at www.tasteofthepalmbeaches.com. They will be $40 at the door.

With most if not all of the PGA Commons out of business, I don’t know what restaurants will be represented there unless McDonald’s and Burger king show up. WIll you please list the sole survivors who might be there
