MENU

Just about anything Italian you could want, from eggplant and lasagna to pizza. There are hot and cold subs, calzones and salads. Appetizers and desserts are also on the menu.

ATMOSPHERE

Business is mostly takeout, although there are four tables for those who can’t wait to dig into their four cheese ravioli or Hawaiian pizza.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

The menu declares the New York style pizza to be the “best in town,” and we couldn’t argue. The thin crust of our 16-inch pizza ($10.95 plus $1.25 for topping) was crisp and stood up well to the ample sauce, cheese and sausage.

REASON TO GO

The pizza alone is worth the trip, and there are so many varieties, including “gourmet” and specialty. There’s even a pizza topped with lasagna, for those who can’t decide between a pie or pasta.

SERVICE

Counter service was quick and efficient.

NOISE LEVEL

It can be a busy place, so anyone choosing to eat there might be distracted by a steady stream of customers. When I was there the television was tuned to a Dolphins game, so patrons and employees were cheering on the team.

KID FRIENDLY

Pizza, pasta, why not?
