The miserable cold seems to have gone away, at least for the moment, so I can ditch the un-Florida parka and scarf and stop practically yelling "inside!" whenever a hostess asks where we’d like to sit. Seems like a good time for a drink and apps at the outside bar at Zuccarelli’s in PGA Gardens . The homey brick and expansive bar give you not only a bird’s-eye view of the traffic zipping up and down PGA but a hankering for, say, a honking salad covered in gorgonzola, some yummy bread or a big glass of wine. Of course, you could always try the delicious minestrone. Just because it’s not cold anymore doesn’t mean it’s not soup weather,
