After giving away more than 50 bagels last Monday, Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company is ready for a possible doubleheader of FREE bagels.

Because the New York Giants defeated the Oakland Raiders 44-7 Sunday, the Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company, 14451 S. Military Trail in Delray Beach is offering a FREE bagel to Giants fans today (Monday).

Fans don’t need to attend a game or redeem a ticket stub to receive their free bagel.

They only need to know if the Giants won the day before and what the final score was of the game they won.

Furthermore, as the offer applies to the New York Jets as well, if the Jets defeat the Miami Dolphins tonight at Landshark Stadium, Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company will be giving away FREE bagels tomorrow as well if fans know the Jets won and the final score.

“Our customers are enjoying the fact that we are recognizing our two New York home teams in this way,” said owner Steve Fassberg.

“The giveaways will last all season long and through the playoffs if either or both teams advance.”

Go to “BAGELS &” in the Fountains Center, Boynton Blvd & Jog…

Bagels (and everything else) are a million times better!!!

  2. Susan says:

    Mike,

BAGELS & is good, certainly not a million times better BUT BROOKLYN WATER BAGELS IS BETTER…. Take this from someone who was born/raised in Canarsie….

  3. Florida Native says:

I hope that the Jets get shut out.
Free bagles or not, this is FLORIDA.
    Love New York?
    Take I-95 NORTH.

    • California Guy says:

Dear Florida Native- Unfortuntely you are wrong. Once you pass into Florida from Georgia you have entered the bizaro world and arrived in New Yorkville. The only hope is to leave Florida to escape the scurvy… that’s what I did. Sorry for the bad news.
P.S. The only thing better about NY is there are still more New Yorkers there than anywhere else. Please stay on the east coast.

  4. Fred says:

Better than BOCA FLAKOWITZ — The Gotti Bagel Store— A roach store! Dirty Dirty —-

  5. Estelle says:

Sorry Susan… I am from the Lower East Side and it must be a long time since you’ve been in Canarsie or had a “real” “good” “New York” bagel

A “real” “good” “New York” bagel is HEAVY and THICK – NOT – light and airy… The bagels at Bagels & are the closest to this that I have found down here.

PS: I have no vested interest, I just know what a bagel is supposed to be.

  6. woof says:

  10. medina says:

  11. DavoSmith says:

Who can afford a bagel these days except people on a pension or SSI. Therefore, you don’t open a new business during a depression. I also want to know if real New York city water is used to make these bagels? It’s probably that toxic stuff they have been drinking up in the Acreage. Go Dolphins!

  12. hotsweatyfedupinviolentpalmbeachcnty says:

Are there any other teams than the NY Giants?

Oh yes the Jets and they beat up on the dollgirls.

  13. hotsweatyfedupinviolentpalmbeachcnty says:

The bagels are good, but still not as good as up North.
I am not from NY however I am from NJ yes there is a differece NY sucks People from up North invested capital in a swamp and made S.Fl what it is today, without the contribution of the yankee’s and capital investment the natives would still only drive as far west as Military trail and would still be overrun with mosquito’s. because of our contribution the economy of S.Fl expanded and created jobs, with that came crime and etc.Fl does however attract the scum of the earth, every scam that exists is here.Fl has changed over the 20 yrs I been here and for the worst, this place sucks and is like a used sponge,it’s time for me to wring it out,and not suck up it’s leftovers, whatever that may have to offer>>nothing, move on and buy a new sponge that will release instead of suck up.You so called proud natives can have your stinckin, smelly, hot, sweaty, useless, rainy, moldy, mildewy, scummy swamp back and keep your sorry A$$ DOLLFINS to boot.
Northern NJ BAGELS here I come and proud to head NORTH again on 95 as soon as I can sell my house I am>>>YANKEE GONE HOME.

  14. djb says:
