I mostly write about items available locally, but I’m making an exception.

NuNaturals makes a range of natural, healthful sweeteners, from packets to bulk bags to liquids, and some really interesting variations, like liquid vanilla and cocoa extracts sweetened with stevia.

The products are widely used in spas, restaurants and bakeries, and are sold online at http://www.nunaturals.com/.
NuStevia White Stevia Packets ($5.99 for 50 packets) use maltodextrin, a common carbohydrate filler. NuStevia is perfectly sweet, without the bitterness commonly associated with stevia.

When baking with NuStevia, pay attention to the substitution amount, as this stuff is super sweet and if you use too much you can get a bitter taste.

One packets equals 2 teaspoons of sugar, 24 packets equals one cup of sugar.
