The Swirl Girls went head-to-head against Beer Guy, Dan Oliver and the Barley Boys during a four-course beer vs. wine showdown dinner at Cook’s Inc. in Jupiter on August 29, 2009.

While the jury is still out on the winner, one thing is for sure. The food was FANTASTIC!

Chef John Carlino prepared a stellar menu of culinary delights that got everyone cheering. As each course was served, Chef Carlino explained the ingredients and techniques for preparing the dish. It was a great learning experience as well as a great meal.
