I know you’re going to be skeptical. I challenge you to open your cabinet or drawer where you keep dry spices, open a couple, and sniff. Can you actually discern which one is which herb or spice?
They lose their aroma and flavor quickly. Five-year-old herbs are useless. Even three years is too long for most herbs.
I know times are tough. But you’re probably eating out less, and wishing your own home cooking had, well a little more zing.
