Renowned artist and internet sensation Dan Dunn opened the Concours d’Elegance Grand Gala Dinner, Auction & Jay Leno Show at the Boca Raton Resort and Club with a flourish on Saturday.

Live on stage, the adrenaline-filled improvisational artist created three one-of-a-kind collector’s editions specifically tailored to the theme of the gala. First he delighted the crowd with a painting of a cork exploding from a champagne bottle. The second piece created had the true car enthusiast at heart to celebration the 100th year of the Indianapolis 500.

And finally, to honor Leno, the founding host of the Concours d’Elegance, Dunn used his brushes, hands and painting clothes to create a larger-then-life portrait of the host of The Tonight Show. After the show, Mr. Leno was so impressed with his portrait, he took the time to meet with Mr. Dunn personally and autographed the painting.

All three pieces were auctioned during the gala and raised more than $60,000 for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County. H. Wayne Huizenga matched the amount, resulting in a big night for the group.

Dunn has made more than a mark as an internet sensation, he has performed recently on Rachael Ray, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Ellen. A few of his clients have included Pepsi, The NFL, PGA, The NBA, Audi and the Olympics.
