Funny man D.L. Hughley returns to the Palm Beach Improv this weekend. Hughley launched his successful stand-up career as the original host of BET’s ComicView. He later went on to star in Spike Lee’s Original Kings of Comedy alongside Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer and the late Bernie Mac. He is highly recognizable from his namesake television sitcom, The Hughleys, and his stint on CNN as host of the entertainment news show, D.L. Hughley Breaks The News. The actor, producer and comedy king returns to the stage tonight through Sunday at the Palm Beach Improv.
The Funky Buddha Lounge in Boca Raton will continue its monthly comedy series on Tuesday. Carl Rimi, as seen at Comedy Central’s South Beach Comedy Festival, will headline the second installment of Buddha Comedy. The recently launched series will feature Will Watkins and include guest performances from comics including Sisco, Josh Asencio and Joe Dewayne.
