Was this story linked on the top stories on pbpost.com? On Power Up, we try to cover relevant news in the video games industry.

You are completely right that a law firm considering to sue Microsoft is no big deal. I mentioned this in the article.

However, I thought the reasoning behind the suit (timing in regards to big releases) and the circumstances of the suit (thousands of Xbox 360 consoles being banned for illegal modification) were newsworthy.

So let me get this straight.

Some tiny law firm in the middle of one of the least populous states is contemplating a lawsuit against one of the largest companies in the world.

And this is new? Does the PB Post really think this warrants placement among its top stories.

Journalism like this should answer any questions you may wonder as to why this newspaper is not making money.
