Glee may have millions of fans, but singer Miley Cyrus isn’t one of them.

“Honestly, musicals? I just can’t,” Cyrus told Billboard magazine. The 17-year-old, whose song “The Climb” was actually featured in an episode of the Tuesday night phenomenon, just can’t seem to comprehend the idea of adding song and dance to everyday life.

“What if this was real life and I was just walking down the street on Rodeo Drive and all of a sudden I just burst into song about how much I love shoes?” she asked, pausing to think. “It would get hits on YouTube,” she added, laughing.

And that’s not the only music-related surprise Miley had up her sleeve. She also revealed a somewhat ironic taste in music. “I listen to zero pop music, which is really weird for someone who makes pop music,” she admitted. “My 13-year-old self would have beaten up my 17-year-old self because she would be like, ‘You’re a sell-out!’”
