However, a rep for Sheen is denying reports that they’re calling it quits for good.

“They did not sign divorce papers,” Sheen rep told UsMagazine.com. “The only thing they signed was an agreement regarding terms if they ever decide to divorce. No more; no less.”

According to reports, Mueller waived spousal support, but she’s set to receive $55,000 a month in child support from Sheen.

Sheen and Mueller would share custody of their 15-month-old twins, Bob and Max.

And Mueller has it in writing that she wants nothing less than what Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards received from her 2006 divorce from the actor.

According to the 43-page signed document, “Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”

As for her post-divorce dealings with the media, Mueller is “not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie’s sexual affairs or alleged drug usage.” In return, Sheen will avoid discussions concerning Mueller’s alleged drug use.
