Lindsay Lohan‘s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, says the Mean Girls star wants to spend some time with her family before entering her mandatory 90-day rehab program.
“She’s a little upset right now,” Holley told People magazine after seeing Lohan on Tuesday. “She’d like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab.”
Currently Lohan would have to report to an L.A. rehab facility within 24 hours of her release, however Holly is concerned that “there’s a push now for her to go directly to rehab from jail.”
