My first time seeing Michael was on the Ed Sullivan show with his brothers when they made their first hits of singing ABC, You and I and many others. He will be saidly miss and today we’ve lost a True Icon as a Humanrian and Artist. This is what he should be remembered as today and for all times.
Now he has found peace and will light up the heavens as he lite up this world.
My deepest sympathy to his whole family…May God lift them all up and give them the comfort.

So sad. The media killed such an icon with all their accusations without having evidence. I absolutely loved “PYT.” Michael, you will be missed tremendously!!!
I miss Farrah More.~!
you are on the wrong blog. the question was “what was your fave Michael moment?”
I was in 7th grade, I believe, when the MTV video for “Thriller” was released, and when we all got to school the next morning, EVERYONE was talking about it! “Did you see that Michael Jackson video ‘Thriller’?! Wasn’t that cool?!”
I think it’s unfortunate that Michael evidently COMPLETELY LOST HIS MIND at some point soon afterward.
But he was definitely a high-profile icon in the music industry, and won’t soon be forgotten (even if his recent music has been ~completely~ forgettable).
Well, rich or poor, talented or boring, “you might be a king or a little street sweeper, but sooner or later, you dance with the reaper.”
He definetly left a mark on this world, but, what mark will people remember?Pop culture?Freaky behavior?Cosmetic surgery monstosities?Bruises on small children`s bottocks? He will leave a mark one way or the other. One things for sure,he was unique.Let`s hope it stay`s that way.
Fave moment was listening to the “THRILLER” album at home with family. His music brought everyone together.
this is for anyone that has anything negative to say about Michael…..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uqxo1SKB0z8…..you will LOVE IT!
I remember I was 9 years old when I saw him do the “moonwalk” for the first time. My jaw dropped, the best thing that they kept on showing it over and over again, so my friends and I tried to immitate the moonwalk until we got it. Then we used to have contests as to whom could immitate him better. You will be greatly missed Michael. The world has lost a legend and a warrior who inspired people in many ways, yet people and the media always tried to bring the same people who they brought up back down. People like Michael only come once in a human life. Thanks for all the memories.
Billy Jean is without a doubt the best song ever written.
When I lived in Palm Beach County, I was the FIRST person in line for VICTORY TOUR Tickets. 15 1/2 hours I waited. I ended up getting expelled from my school for waiting in line to buy tickets as the school thought it wasnt appropriate for a young girl to be in line waiting for concert tix and missing school to do so. ALthough I had my parents permission. Well, the concert was worth it. I interviewed Michaels Dad, Joseph, for my school paper, and won an award. LAter at another concert me and my friends were given the night’s drumsticks used at the concert by the Jackson’s band’s drummer.
Michael’s performance was out of this wqorld. Michael was phenomenal. He broke all music barriers, and brought joy to so many people. It is my hope his legacy will always be his music and the barriers he broke. Without him, thered be no Puff Daddy, Usher, EMinem, etc.
Micahel, you will forever be missed. As in your song, “Gone Too Soon”…
In the late 70′s and early 80′s I would attend high school basketball games up here in Martin County. Someone in the crowd always played Wanna be Startin’ Something on a boom box when the two teams (MC vs North Shore, MC vs Twin Lakes etc.) would run out on the floor. That song always got the crowd going.
Yesterday!
Ity is just too bad he had to die at the same time as Farrah. She was a wonderful person and fought long and hard to survive. He might have been good at one time but not in the last 10 years or so. May he rest in peace.

My favorite Michael moment was yesterday at 4:26pm eastern time!
You are an Idiot!!!
Oh you are correct,,,,,Yesterday was my favorite moment~!!
What a heartless comment…even if you make mistakes in this life, do you really want some punk “pissing on your grave” with remarks such as this? SHAME ON YOU!!!
I used to dance around the living room and dry to do the moonwalk with my bro and sis..and then when thriller came out, i would watch it over and over and over again. he never made one song that wasnt a great song…It sucks because he was just about to go on tour again. the media made him into a monster, as they do with all other celebrities..RIP Michael
The most memorable moment for me with the premiere of the Thriller video. Everyone that I knew was front row and center for that event. I couldn’t wait to get to school on Monday to talk about it with everyone.
Good Riddence! One less child molester on the loose!
aquited you moron !
One less pedophile walking the earth preying on small children. I agree with many others above, my favorite moment was yesterday at 4:26 est.
Let’s turn our attention to real heros in life that are dying, like our brave troops out their protecting our freedom.
RIGHT,,…..THOSE WHO JUDGE WILL BE JUDGED…… IDIOT !
My favortie memory was when he had the HBO Special Concert in Romania I was all of eight and I made my mom subscribe to HBO for the weekend just to see the concert and then recorded the whole thing!! Man, I only wished I could have seen him LIVE IN CONCERT!!!! My Family was raised on Michael Jackson!! WE love you!!
I was in complete shock when I heard the news yesterday that Michael Jackson had died. I just can’t believe that it’s true! This is just so sudden and tragic. The whole world is suffering a great loss. Michael Jackson gave so much to the music world and the world as a whole with his great talent and care for other’s. It’s so sad that he left us this way. There are so many questions to be answered. He always had that “boyish” quality about him…a bit sad on the inside, but always a great smile on the outside! He leaves behind a great legacy. There will never be another Michael Jackson. I will always remember Michael as a young child and all the great music he leaves behind. May he rest in peace. Gone too soon. xox
Miss Sexy Princess, or may I call you Sir. Scumbag? Not very Christian like. Ms. Sexy, questionable at the least.
To “Get a Life” , sounds like you need one, get to work and off the blog. Again, one less pedophile walking the earth. Happy about that!
And for all that people that said ” good riddance one less child molester” you are lame brains, we are remembering the music heard around the world and you are stuck on ugly times, hard times that at the this time in ones passing you don’t recant. Therefore I would like to state one of his hits” WONT YOU JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! R.I.P. cause I still can’t believe your gone.
ye without sin cast the first stone.
Michael Jackson is dead…oh my. What a sad day for NAMBLA. The guy molested kids. That’s right, keep cheering for him, you idiots. That’s like saying “Yeah, that Hitler, he made some nice painitings. Let’s give him a pass.”
And saying “ye without sin cast the first stone” out od context is like saying, “Hey, let’s not have any judges. I mean, nobody can judge, right! Weeeeeee let rapists and murderers run free.” And if you want that “He wasn’t gulity” crap, look at OJ. You are sheep.
Your hateful, holier-than-thou comment is utterly indefensible. Were you there when the supposed molestation occurred? If not, then please leave judgment to those who are fit to make it (i.e. – the Lord!).
Were you there when the holocaust occurred? Were you in meetings when Jackson settled with the kids’ families? You dipstick. I’m sure your mom & dad were brother and sister. Praise Jesus!
Ding Dong the Witch is dead! Witch old witch? The wicked witch!!!
Ding Dong the Witch is dead!!! Which old witch? The Wicked witch!!
That was un-called-for. I wonder how people will respond when you reach the end of your days?
I remember when Thriller was first released. MTV would play it several times within the hour. We would be outside playing and my uncle would scream “Thriller’s on!!!” and we go running in the house and all huddle around the tv. This occured several times a day and we would never grow tired of that video. It’s a classic. Michael you will surely be missed and I still can’t believe you’re gone. May you rest in peace and your talent outshines any of your shortcomings.
Yesterday was my favorite moment. He was a child molester who had been dead in the music industry for over 10 years. Not the biggest loss in the world.
I didn’t realize Jesus had an equal such as yourself. Perhaps you ought to let the Father know you’re here, so you can earn your own spot on a cross.

favorite Michael Jackson moment? …
when he croaked !
Of course we were thrilled when he “moonwalked”. I think our favorite moment was when I took my daughter to Pontiac, MI to see him in person the summer my daughter Heather was 14. 1984.
Any time you saw Michael perform or speak was a ”favorite moment”. We miss him immensely.
When he was a child performing was wonderful of course-this was before my daughter was born!!
We pray for his family, and hope that he is with Jesus.
Love to Michael and hi family. Diane and family
The SOB was a child molester and a talentless jack-ASS.

You are the scumbag for calling him that, and keep believing in rumors, God shall judge u for what u said about him. He will R.I.P but you won’t!!!
Yeah. And it was rumors too about O.J. Simpson. You’re a moron!!
I just LOVED the Pepsi commercial where that kid and his friends were immitating MJ and his brothers, when they turned around and ran into him. I imagine that commercial was extremely easy to film, since kids really did idolize him like that.
It seems to me that most of us remember Michael for exactly what he wanted to be remembered for: the magic of his music/singing/dancing, the joy he brought to others, his playful child-like heart, and one-of-a-kind generosity. I pray he is in heaven, with a Father who loves him as he should have been loved here on Earth. Rest in Peace, Michael.
