And still Lynyrd Skynyrd ROCKS ON… I did go to see LS and LS never dissapoints. I will always represent as being a Skynyrd Rebel Yell! KR did ok but to much hype not enough down to earth ear pleasin music. Seems he just tries to hard. It is just not natural as Skynyrd’s music is. Just my OP. Have to say my Daughter loved both LOL. A fantasic time was had by all!

Hey Melinda, I just saw Kid Rock for the 30th time since 1998 on Tuesday, and he has ALWAYS ALWAYS closed with Bawitdaba. Once you see him, you’re hooked.

Hi Melinda — Kid Rock actually started not opening with Bawitdaba in Europe. I’m not sure if that’s intentional and leaning toward his newer stuff — he did open with Rock N Roll Jesus — but I will say that ending his pre-encore set with Bawitdaba, with the pyro, left a real impression with me.

I thought the show was awesome as usual but I will say this is the first time I had a complaint after seeing Kid Rock. This was my 11th Kid Rock show but I must say – I was extremely disappointed when he didn’t open with Bawitdaba. That is the classic Kid Rock opener. Not sure if he was trying to take the show in a new direction but in any case, I hope he takes its back. I am going again in a month in NY to see him and I hope he goes back to how it used to be. Otherwise, the Kid will never stop rockin!

First timer seeing both bands live as was not a big fan of either, that’s all changed now as both did a great job and would see them the next time they are in town.. I think I’m a bigger Kid Rock fan, but that may be due to the dancing partner that appeared out of no where just as Kid’s set started… fun fun fun …

Graet Show. I Agree that Lynyrd Skynyrd could have played a little longer;but with two acts to play you have to limt your time.Johnny still does not get his just due but he don;t seem to mind.Kid Rock,s a great act. I think he could do just as well without all the nasty crap tho. Who Knows? theres hope for everyone to learn respect right?
