Art deco from Japan. Paintings from London’s Victorian era.

Performances by Mitzi Gaynor and the Claremont Trio.

And a lecture series featuring Lauren Bacall, David Gergen, Andre Previn, Carl Hiaasen and Ann Patchett.

Those are among the highlights of the Society of the Four Arts 2009-2010 season.

Here is the schedule released Tuesday by the Palm Beach institution.

Art Exhibits in the Esther B. O’Keeffe Gallery:
Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $5; Members and children under 15 admitted free. For information, call (561) 655-7226.

“Fashioning Kimono: Art Deco & Modernism in Japan”
This exhibition is organized and circulated by Art Services International, Alexandria, Virginia. Support for the national tour and catalogue has been provided by The E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Foundation.
