Lionel Richie and Bebel Gilberto will make appearances in South Florida in the next two months.

A Grammy winner and a multiple-Grammy nominee are headed this way for separate concerts.

Lionel Richie, who won a ton of awards in the 1980s for a string of memorable hits, heads to Hard Rock Live on Dec. 13. The one-time lead singer of the Commodores reemerged this year with a new album, Just Go.

Bebel Gilberto, the daughter of Brazilian giant Joao Gilberto and a brilliant bossa nova singer in her own right, will be coming to the Fillmore Miami Beach on Nov. 18.

Bebel has been recording since 1983, and lately has come out with highly acclaimed albums, including her self-titled 2004 collection which was nominated for a World music Grammy, and the 2000 LP Tanto Tempo, which received Latin Grammy nominations.
