  1. An Evening with Sheryl Crow, with special guest Holly Williams, 8 p.m. Feb. 18, Kravis Center, 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach. With nine Grammy Awards, and worldwide record sales topping 35 million, Crow can fill a set with her hits. She’s readying her first country album on Warner Nashville, and is already performing the first single, “Easy.” Country singer-songwriter Holly Williams (yep, Hank Jr.’s daughter) opens.   2. Bob Lappin and The Palm Beach Pops celebrate John Williams, the most Oscar-nominated film composer in the world, Monday through Feb. 8. Williams scored films from “Star Wars” to “Schindler’s List.” At the Kaye Auditorium at FAU’s Boca Raton campus on Monday and Wednesday; the PBSC Eissey Campus Theatre in Palm Beach Gardens Tuesday, and the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach Feb. 7-8.
