History in the Park, free walking history lectures with Richard Procyk, take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park, 9060 Indiantown Road, about 1 mile west of I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, in Jupiter. Features native plant vendors, a live animal show, snake talk, guest speakers, children’s crafts, local environmental organizations, free paddle board demonstrations, fishing demonstrations, volleyball, free holiday photos on the beach, a kayak obstacle course, live music and food.
