WEST PALM BEACH

Popular concert gets new venue

The Dreyfoos School of the Arts Prism Concert takes place Dec. 11, at a new venue. Bestselling author James Patterson and his wife Susan, Palm Beach residents, sponsored the show’s move to the big stage at Kravis Center, 701 Okeechobee Blvd. Because the show always sells out, the Pattersons wanted to be sure that anyone who wanted to come to the show could get a ticket. The concert features performances by students in several disciplines including choral, piano, and instrumental performances “in the round.” $15-$30. Tickets: 561-832-5196; Kravis.org. Info: www.soafi.org or call561-805-6298.
