St. Vincent Ferrer Parish’s 46th Annual Festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, 840 George Bush Blvd. Rides, food, refreshments, children’s activities, live entertainment and a flea market help raise money for the church’s on-site school.
