Cartoonist speaks, signs

Editorial cartoonist David Willson will speak and sign copies of his new book, “Billionaires & Butterfly Ballots, 20 years of Palm Beach editorial cartoons” from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the Society of the Four Arts, 2 Four Arts Plaza, Palm Beach. The Area Agency on Aging is hosting a retired senior volunteer program recruitment café from 2-3:30 p.m. today at the Starbucks at 4742 North Congress Ave. Enjoy a free cup of coffee and learn how you can help your neighbors. Volunteers are needed to visit homebound seniors; help in a food pantry or delivering meals; mentor children and youth; and more. Hours are flexible hours and travel is minimal.
