The 4th Annual Town of Palm Beach United Way 5K Turkey Trot begins at 7 a.m. Thursday, at Bradley Park on Sunset Avenue. Kick off the holiday by running through the beautiful island of Palm Beach. Enjoy afternoon ballroom dancing with the Bob Roberts Society Orchestra from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Friday afternoons at the Civic Center, 128 E. Ocean Blvd. Dance to the foxtrot, two-step, swing, waltz and the very popular Latin styles of rumba, cha-cha, bossa-nova, merengue and mambo/salsa performed by the 16-piece big band. $4 at the door.
