Banned and Burned: Literary Censorship and the Loss of Freedom, an exhibition that includes artifacts, documents and news coverage detailing the first steps the Nazis took to suppress freedom of expression, opens today at the Mandel Public Library, 411 Clematis St. On display through Jan. 6.
