A tropical vibe, fresh seafood and waterfront dining attract patrons to Cobb’s Landing in downtown Fort Pierce.

MENU

Appetizers, soup, salads, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, pasta, steak, chicken, flatbreads.

ATMOSPHERE

Lively tropical feel, situated outdoors along the Indian River in downtown Fort Pierce adjacent to the city marina. The restaurant and bar feature a thatched-hut, tiki-style roof and totem poles. There’s weekly live entertainment.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

The beer-battered fish and chips ($15) was a delicious but small portion of fried cod, served with homemade potato chips. The prime rib ($22) was a more substantial meal of aged prime beef, cooked to perfection and served with artfully prepared sides.

REASON TO GO

Fresh, inventive dishes, served up in a beautiful waterfront restaurant in downtown Fort Pierce. There’s a heavy emphasis on locally caught seafood, and you’ll enjoy a true Florida experience dining outdoors along the Indian River.

SERVICE

Very good. The waitress was helpful in navigating the menu and prompt in refilling drinks.

NOISE LEVEL

A two-man band played nearby as we dined, but the volume was low enough to carry on a conversation.

KID FRIENDLY

Children can feast on chicken fingers, fish, shrimp or grilled cheese.
