What’s on the Thanksgiving table for the raw food devotee? There will be plenty to feast on at the Hippocrates Health Institute Thursday.

While others may be digging into a roast turkey, the folks at the natural and alternative healing center in western West Palm Beach will be chowing on a bottomless buffet of veggies and sprouts, stuffed mushrooms, “un-turkey” tempeh, cranberry relish, raw stuffing and holiday desserts.

The institute’s Thanksgiving program starts at 11:30 a.m. with an informational tour, hors d’oeuvres at noon, a Thanksgiving circle at 1 p.m. and an all-you-can-eat holiday buffet with live music from 2 to 4 p.m.

The raw vegan feast costs $40 in advance ($50 at the door) for guests, $20 for Hippocrates alumni, and $20 for kids ages 5 to 12.
