THURSDAY AT PISTACHE:

What they’re pouring: In keeping with French tradition, Pistache will serve the first of the exclusive Beaujolais Nouveau Georges Duboeuf 2012, complimented by a signature Parisian menu.

The details: According to French law, at 12:01 a.m. on the third Thursday of each November, the new wines from Gamay are distributed to the world. This worldwide ritual will be celebrated at Pistache to recognize the end of harvest. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., Pistache offers a special 3-course menu through the evening, featuring classic French dishes like Escargots de Bourgogne, Moules Frites Mariniere and Crepes Suzette. A complimentary glass of the 2012 vintage is included. Cost: $39. Reserve at: 561-833-5090.

THE BACKYARD BAR’S TASTING AND PAIRING

The details: Give thanks at The Backyard Bar at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a Thanksgiving-themed menu created by master chef Michael Ober. Carefully selected wines will be paired with festive seasonal dishes including truffled chestnut soup, corn on arugula salad with berry and pumpkin seed dressing, roast turkey with sweet potato mash, portabella mushroom gravy, cranberry sauce, and pecan pie with honey and sour cream parfait. What they’re pouring: A selection of wines paired with small plates for Thanksgiving. Varietals include Gruet Blanc de Noirs, Westberg Cellars Simply Chardonnay (unoaked) 2010, Pozzan Pinot Noir Russian River 2010, and Peachy Canyon Westside Zinfandel 2010.

CESARI WINE DINNER AT INDUS INDIAN HERBAL CUISINE

The details: A1A Fine Wine & Spirits and Indus Indian Herbal Cuisine present a special private dinner with Alessandra Marino, Brand Ambassador for Cesari, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. The dinner features four courses including five spice mango shrimp, chicken tikka masala with garlic nan, malai kofta masala on basmati rice korma, and chocolate mousse.
