Breakfast fare always available at Frannie’s Restaurant

By Tami Tolley

MENU

Frannie’s offers all breakfast items until 2 p.m. The menu also has a wide variety of sandwiches, salads and soups.

ATMOSPHERE

The restaurant has a small diner vibe. There are plenty of booths and tables. The unadorned walls and woodwork provided an open, airy atmosphere.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

Even though we were there well after breakfast time, my husband still enjoyed the Shelby special ($5.25), which is a BLT with cheese and eggs. My son raved about the Philly cheesesteak ($7.25). My chef salad ($6.75) was just the right size and had plenty of meat.

REASON TO GO

The prices were reasonable, and the food was very good. We didn’t wait long at all to get our food.

SERVICE

Our server, Steph, was very friendly and helpful. We never had to ask for a drink refill. She continually checked on us to be sure we didn’t need anything.

NOISE LEVEL

The noise level was not an issue at the time we were. There weren’t too many others dining at the time. I can’t imagine the noise level would ever be a problem.

KID FRIENDLY

Frannie’s is definitely kid friendly and offers a menu just for youngsters.
