THE DISH: Smoked fish dip platter

Tiki Waterfront Sea Grill’s smoked fish dip platter ($11.25) is a mouthwatering cornucopia of crunch built around a slightly sweet, Grade A dip made of wahoo and mahi mahi, and served with bruschetta, pepperoncinis, jalapeños, crackers and tortilla chips.

Wash it down with one of the bar’s Bacardi mojitos or frozen drinks and enjoy the Intracoastal breeze – and live music nightly – at this prime spot on the Riviera Beach Marina’s newly revamped boardwalk.

While you’re at it, toast to thatched-roof bar and eatery – it’s celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
