Pairing grilled vegetables with wine

I’ve got to give a shout-out here to the wine website, Snooth (www.snooth.com ). The latest e-newsletter to arrive in my mailbox was a guide to pairing wines with your favorite grilled vegetables. What could be better than a late afternoon on the weekend, fresh summer vegetables in hand (purchased from a local grower, preferably), basted with oil and herbs, then tinged to perfection over a fire? Sipping the ideal glass of wine with them, of course. I particularly like Snooth’s suggestions for unusual varietals to try.
