III Forks’ creative bar bites menu debuts this month in Palm Beach Gardens. Sure to be a favorite on the new menu is the steak tartare. Soft and savory prime tenderloin plays with shallots, capers, crisp fennel and sweet mandarin orange, kissed with a light mustard aioli. A wonderful mix of flavors and textures, this is delicious as a light snack or a starter for a larger meal.

“It’s a very simplistic dish,” says III Forks Palm Beach Gardens executive chef Thomas Nevill. “It’s really shining with the beef — the quality we use here is the best. The orange brightens it up and the fennel gives it crunch and texture. The flavor really speaks for itself. One nice big bite and you’ll be a happy camper!”
