RA Sushi is offering a heat-busting, cocktail and entrée combo this month that just screams summertime. The festive sushi chain, with a location in Palm Beach Gardens, is pairing its Watermelon Kiwi Shrimp entrée (layers of watermelon, orange slices, lychee and kiwi topped with shrimp) with its Melon-Kiwi-Tini cocktail (watermelon syrup, Shochu, Svedka Citron and citrus soda dolled up with kiwi and watermelon slices). The refreshing combo goes for $18.

MELON-KIWI-TINI
2 pieces watermelon
2 slices Kiwi
1 ounce Shochu
1/2 ounce Svedka Citrus Vodka
1/2 ounce Monin Watermelon syrup
2 lime wedges
Splash lemon-lime soda
Add Monin, vodka, Shochu, lemon-lime soda, juice of two lime wedges, one slice of kiwi, one slice of watermelon, and ice to a drink shaker. Muddle ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with remaining watermelon and kiwi slices.
