The crew of stellar chefs at 3800 Ocean have launched a special non-menu menu that’s pure culinary jazz. They’ve reserved an exclusive five-seat “kitchen table” at which especially adventurous diners can feast on nightly improvisations.
Using that day’s freshest ingredients, the collaborative chefs’ team led by Larry LaValley will put together a chefs’ choice lineup of dishes made à la minute.
The concept gives LaValley and his team of chefs (Adam Hervieux, Frances Deskin, Ernesto Sierra, Alistair Housen and Deana Lezcano) a chance to showcase their newest creations at the sexy and stylish oceanfront Singer Island restaurant. And it gives gastronauts a front-row seat at the jam session, so to speak.
The communal Kitchen Table is offered Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. for $59 per person, excluding tax and tip. Cocktail and wine pairings are available on request. The last seating available is 7 p.m.
To secure a spot, reserve at least 24 hours in advance at (561) 340-1795.
