Wine dinners at Paradiso

What they’re pouring: Wines from the Piemonte region

The details: Paradiso’s Fall Wine Series, which occurs every third Wednesday of the month, explores one of Italy’s most prolific wine regions, Piedmont. Fans of Italian wines may want to note that the “Discovering Piemonte” journey continues on Nov. 21 at 6:30 p.m.

That’s when diners can join master chef Angelo Romano and sommelier Brett Hart to learn about the grapes and vineyards while experiencing a gourmet meal traditional to the region. An intimate five-course, degustazione-style dinner includes Carpacio di Manzo, Ravioli Uovo, Salmone Biologico con Crosta di Patate, and choice of Bistecca di Bisonte con Risotto or Vitello con Emulsione di Porcini e Polenta Bianca, with Souffle’ di Zucca con Crema Fresca for dessert. The wine dinner will also feature optional Tartufo, Italian truffles that are only available for three months of the year.

Cost: $130 per person with truffles; $65 per person without truffles

Reserve: 561-547-2500

Paradiso Ristorante: 625 Lucerne Ave., Lake Worth; 561-547-2500; ParadisoLakeWorth.com
