Hamburger Heaven is one of my happy places. The new Clematis waterfront-adjacent location of the legendary Palm Beach burgertorium retains all of the charm of the original - the diner booths, the huge menu, including an awe-inspiring list of specialty burgers and toppings (yum, avocado) and a soul-satisfying selection of oldies on the speakers. I tapped my feet so much during The Vogue’s “You’re The One” that I may have startled the nice family next to us. I was so excited that I didn’t even get depressed that Wham!’s “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” came on, confirming that it, and me, are oldies. Good food can do that.
