Taking Your Pulse: Cobb Downtown 16 in Gardens wins poll for favorite local theater

The Cobb Downtown 16 at Downtown at the Gardens tops the Taking Your Pulse poll for favorite local movie theater.
Cobb Downtown 16 ended up with 29.5 percent of the vote, edging out the Muvico Palace 20 at CityPlace (21.1 percent) and the iPic Theatres at Mizner Park in Boca Raton (20.5 percent).
Another Boca theater, the Cinemark Palace 20, placed fourth at 15.4 percent. The Cinemark Boynton Beach 14 was fifth at 10.3 percent.
It's worth noting that the iPic theater at Mizner had a very high number of nominations, far and away a majority, but didn't retain that majority when the final poll was offered.
