Rescheduled Clematis by Fright extends Halloween fun

Clematis by Night goes to the ghouls Thursday for the frightfully fun Clematis By Fright.
On Thursday, from 6-9 p.m., Centennial Square and Waterfront Commons, in the 100 block of Clematis Street, will come alive with costumed characters
The event was postponed from last week due to the potential effects of Hurricane Sandy.
