Wahoo’s: Fresh, festive and with a Florida feel photo
Enjoy fresh cuisine, spectacular views from Wahoo’s Riverhouse in Stuart.

MENU

Appetizers, soup, salads, raw bar, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, seafood, pasta, steak, chicken.

ATMOSPHERE

Lively tropical feel, situated along the St. Lucie River with a spectacular night view of the lighted, towering Roosevelt Bridge. There are several indoor and outdoor dining choices, most with their own festive bars. Rich oak floors wind throughout the sprawling restaurant, and there’s weekly live entertainment.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

We started with an appetizer of Maryland crab balls ($10.95), a blend of crab and herbs with a hint of cheddar cheese, hand breaded and flash-fried. Served with remoulade for dipping, they were fresh and very tasty. The lobster campanelle and cheese ($22.95) was a dreamy dish of flower-shaped pasta in a delicious, creamy cognac cheese sauce packed with fresh Maine lobster meat. It was a delicious, filling twist on the usual macaroni and cheese dish.

REASON TO GO

For waterfront dining with an authentic Florida feel, you can’t beat Wahoo’s fresh cuisine or lively atmosphere. Come for a meal or just enjoy drinks during frequent live entertainment.

SERVICE

Very good. The waitress was helpful in navigating the menu and prompt in refilling drinks. She also took a group picture of us when asked.

NOISE LEVEL

Upbeat music played in the background and there was quiet chatter from nearby diners.

KID FRIENDLY

Children can feast on cheeseburger sliders, chicken fingers, mac and cheese, hot dogs or grilled cheese.
