Martin County is getting into the water park business with the opening of Sailfish Splash Waterpark at the end of April.
So far folks have snatched up nearly 9,000 season passes to play all summer on its two 4-story high waterslides, one a 253-foot closed flume speed slide; 900-foot interactive Lazy River ride; a 7,300 square-foot childrens interactive water playground with jets, sprays, slides and a 300-gallon dump bucket.
Sail canopies and fun-brellas throughout Sailfish Splash Waterpark create plenty of shade. There’s also a cafe and concession with indoor seating, lockers and more.
