WHO: Drew Feinberg, president and sommelier, The Wine Sage

CURRENT SIP: 2010 Sojourn Pinot Noir, Gap’s Crown Vineyard, Sonoma Coast

“I am a big fan of small-production pinot noir. The Sojourn Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir is true to its terroir. High elevation on the hillside vineyard of Gap’s Crown in Sonoma allows the grapes to sit on the vines longer, and develop rich, extracted fruit and structure. Deep black cherry aromas with hints of rosemary on the bouquet; on the palate, savory, rich black cherry with baking spices and a long seductive finish that goes on and on. If you’re a fan of big pinot noir, this is a great bang for the buck!”

PAIR IT WITH: Rack of lamb, salmon, St. Andre cheese or any cheese with a blue vein, dark chocolate.

PRICE: $55, or $42.99 a bottle with three-bottle minimum order at The Wine Sage (561) 252-8160 or Drew@YourWineSage.com
