Classic Spanish fare served in small portions surrounded by lush, tropical foliage is what’s on the menu at Tapas 210 in Lantana.

If the gorgeous setting and relaxed atmosphere isn’t enough to tempt you off the couch, there’s the great selection of wine, tasty small plates, and weekend pig roasts over an open fire on the patio. One must-try on the tapas menu are these sweet piquillo peppers stuffed with blue crab meat and served in a savory sofrito sauce of bell pepper, tomato and seasonings, topped with fresh greens. “I like how the sauce compliments the crab in this dish,” says executive chef Bryan Williams, a Florida Culinary School graduate who has worked at other area hotspots like Café Chardonnay, The Breakers and Vic & Angelos. “It’s a zesty sauce but the crab is kind of sweet. It’s a nice combination.” THE INFO: Tapas 210 serves dinner from 4 to 11 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday at 210 E Ocean Ave., Lantana. The restaurant is closed Mondays.
