Who: Taja Slydell, 21, Riviera Beach

Smart shopping cred: I have three sisters, so my parents taught me early on that bargain shopping is best.

Wardrobe needs: I am currently enrolled at Florida State University. Being a full-time college student usually calls for simple, chic outfits that can get me from class to work easily.

My $100 look: This is a summer look for a college student who just landed the ultimate internship writing about looking good for less!

I’m never afraid to stand out in a crowd. My clothes could easily reveal traits of my personality because I’m carefree and oftentimes daring. My look embodies an edgy confidence, but it’s still appropriate for the office.

Antilla Femme blouse, Marshalls, $29.99; Candies skirt, Kohl’s, $14.99; Apt. 9 earrings, Kohl’s, 16.99; Nine West shoes, Marshalls, $25. The bohemian-style purse is my own.
