I emailed them in regards to the measurements of a dress they had for sale on ebay. I received back a reply with not so much as a "hi", or "hello", not even a complete sentence, just the measurements. I sent them a second email with a question about the payment I had just sent them. I just wanted to know if it was standard to collect FL sales tax on used clothing because they charged me sales tax. I didn't remember ever paying tax before on used clothing. I never got a response from them. The dress was mailed just thrown cardboard usps box with nothing to protect the dress inside. Clothing needs to enclosed in plastic to insure it does not get ruined if the box gets wet. Not to mention how easily a silk dress will become snagged from being loose in a box. They should know this is not the way to treat a garment. I left them neutral feedback on ebay due to their lack of customer service to which they then left a comment on my ebay feedback profile saying that I was a "HORRIBLE BUYER, TYPICAL WELLINGTON GARBAGE! PROBLEMATIC FROM THE START!" Apparently they consider customers "problematic" for asking a questions. So don't ask them any questions, they just want your money without having to provide any real customer service. And if you are from Wellington, well they consider you to be trash, so please don't spend your dirty Wellington money at their store. Their used clothing is just too good for us!
