Troubled Jupiter Island golfer Tiger Woods is putting his mega yacht Privacy up for sale, Page2Live has learned.

A Woods camp insider is telling me the golfer originally offered the 155-foot Christensen ship to ex-wife Elin Nordegren as his wedding present in 2004.

But Nordegren turned down the yacht during divorce-settlement talks with philandering Woods last summer.

“She didn’t want it because the upkeep is incredibly expensive,” the source said.

With a permanent crew of 13, Privacy costs more than $2 million a year to maintain.

Woods had the vessel sailed south to Fort Lauderdale in the fall. It was dry-docked in a yard for two months to paint the hull and re-surface the deck.

Privacy is now back at its home-port in North Palm Beach’s Old Port Cove, and Woods is shopping for a broker to list it for $25 million.

Elin Nordegren, the long-suffering ex-wife of philandering golfer Tiger Woods, plunked down $12.2 million for a house (above and below) in the exclusive enclave of Seminole Landing near North Palm Beach, Page2Live has learned.

The beachfront mansion dwarfs in size Woods‘ own new digs in Jupiter Island, about 10 miles north, also on the beach.

The 30-year-old Nordegren and the ex-couple’s two children are set to leave their Orlando area home and move into 12520 Seminole Beach Road within the next few weeks.

I’m also told Nordegren, a former nanny, has been looking at private daycare centers and schools for the two ninos for weeks.

Tiger Woods‘ secret divorce settlement may be so expensive that he had to mortgage his home to pay for it!

Official records that just popped up in Martin County hint that Woods will have to pay ex-wife Elin Nordegren $54 million by January 2016 — or risk losing the house he spent five years building.

How do I know?

The philandering club-swinger took out a $54 million mortgage Wednesday, two days after his quickie divorce was finalized in Panama City Aug. 23.

The mortgage holder, according to the records, is a shadowy company with no apparent capital, JRD Florida Ventures LLC. And the corporation’s registered agent is none other than one of his former wife’s six divorce lawyers, Dennis Belcher.

Woods, the mortgage shows, used the Jupiter Island property, Sand Turtle, to secure the loan — which means that Nordegren could end up with that Motel 6-style crib if he doesn’t pay up.

The document was notarized by Tom Sasser, Woods’ West Palm Beach-based divorce attorney.

Gary Coleman’s ex-wife is asking a judge to formally recognize her as the child star’s surviving spouse.

Documents filed last week in 4th District Court on behalf of Shannon Price say she and Coleman continued to live together and represent themselves as married despite their 2008 divorce.

Price wants a judge to recognize her common law marriage to Coleman from the date of the divorce through his May 28 death. She is seeking the declaration as part of the ongoing battle over Coleman’s estate.

Kelsey Grammer and his wife are divorcing after nearly 13 years of marriage.

Court records show Camille Grammer filed for divorce from the “Cheers” and “Frasier” star Thursday in Los Angeles.

Grammer and his wife were married in August 1997 and have two children, ages 8 and 5.

The actor’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, issued a statement seeking privacy for the family.

Camille Grammer is seeking physical custody of the children and visitation for the 55-year-old actor.

The filing cites “irreconciliable differences” for the breakup but offers no details.

The younger woman whom former TV star Gary Coleman fell in love with in Utah, married and later divorced had the authority to take the former child actor off of life support, a hospital spokeswoman said Thursday.

Coleman died from a brain hemorrhage Friday at age 42.

Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank said Shannon Price, 24, was named in an advanced health care directive that allowed her to make health care decisions for Coleman when he couldn’t make them for himself.

On the 911 call from May 26, the day Coleman apparently had a seizure or hit his head and fell, Price refers to Coleman as her husband.

She can be heard asking a Utah emergency dispatcher to send help for Coleman, who was bleeding from the back of his head and “bubbling at the mouth” after falling.

There’s officially no more milkshake in Nas and Kelis’ marriage.

Court filings show a judge on Friday dissolved the union between singer Kelis Rogers and rapper Nas, whose full name is Nasir Jones. No other details were revealed.

Rogers, best known for her feisty tune “Milkshake,” filed for divorce last May, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Jones, considered one of rap’s most popular artists, just released a collaborative album with reggae’s Damian Marley.

Documents show the couple married in July 2003. Jones was ordered in December to pay more than $51,000 a month to Rogers and their infant son.

Calls to Jones’ attorney were not immediately returned. The office for Rogers’ attorney said she declined to comment.

Sources close to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are denying rumors that the couple is planning to split.

After reports circulated Friday that the superstars had met with a divorce attorney to divide their estate and determine the custody of their children, several friends say the rumors are “totally false,” according to People. “Everything is fine,” said one unnamed source.

London’s News of the World reported on Sunday that Pitt and Jolie met with high-profile divorce lawyers in California. “The paperwork is already organized for a breakup – and for it to be as unmessy for them as possible,” the paper reported. “The contract was like a tailor-made version of a prenuptial agreement … It seemed clear they want the world to know they’ll both play a part in the upbringing of the children.”

Pitt and Jolie have been together for five years and are parents to six children.

A half-dozen local high-profile divorce lawyers, who’ve made a living handling the splits of top pro athletes, report that none of them has heard from either Woods or Nordegren.

Yet.

But with the list of Woods’ alleged paramours growing by the day — porn star Holly Sampson may also have been a member of Woods’ harem — so does the embarrassment for Nordegren.

“If there were such a thing as a divorce, I’m not sure they’d pick Orlando lawyers,” said Martin Haines, who recently worked for Australian golfer Greg Norman. Norman’s divorce from his longtime wife, Laura Andrassy, cost more than $100 million.

“I think they’ll reach out to lawyers in South Florida. But you can expect this divorce, if there is one, will be negotiated and settled privately. It’s obviously best for Tiger Woods to keep this under lock and key.”

Haines cited the fourth divorce of Palm Beach radio talker Rush Limbaugh, from former fan and aerobics instructor Marta. The former lovebirds took care of everything behind closed doors in 2004. Then Limbaugh flew to Key West to file in the morning and have a star-struck judge sign off by the end of business that day. Floridians can file in any county, not just where they are homesteaded. How much Limbaugh doled out is unclear, but Marta quickly bought $15 million worth of homes between Miami and Jupiter Island.

Joel Weissman, who handled many society divorces, said a lawyer is not what Woods and wife currently need.

“They need a good marriage counselor,” Weissman said. “I assume they have a prenup agreement, so they should relax and go to a counselor first. Then they can seek legal help if they don’t resolve anything.”
