Now that Conan O’Brien is jobless — or, will be after Friday, anyway — what will the soon-to-be-ex-Tonight Show host do with his free time?
Fellow NBCer Joel McHale (Community) decided to offer O’Brien a job — at his other gig, The Soup on E!

One of the more interesting aspects of NBC’s new comedy Community has been what’s turned into “The Professor of the Week”. In all three episodes, we’ve seen a really strong comic actor play the role of a community-college professor, basically giving three different examples:

John Oliver, who plays Dr. Ian Duncan.
1. John Oliver as Joel McHale’s inside man, Ian Duncan. Oliver plays it as downtrodden and defeated, but tries to seize an opportunity when McHale’s Jeff Winger comes to him with a genuine need — that is to have all of the answers to every test for all classes at Greendale Community College. This turns out badly, however, when Duncan double crosses Winger, and Winger wants to assault Duncan.
