I’m not implying that the “Dancing With The Stars” judges were possessed by the Devil during Monday’s Movie Night. But there sure was a lot of “6″ “6″ 6″ going on.

And Mama’s not happy.

And by “Mama” I mean me, and not super mama Kate Gosselin, whose humorless self-righteousness continues to grate on me like Havarti on a metal grater. Tony Dovolani oughta get hazard pay for putting up with her. There were so many moments in their rehearsal footage where he was trying so hard and she was giving him nothing, with that judgemental “I don’t get it, so you must be doing something wrong” crinkle on her face. She makes me want to shake her. Or hug Tony. Gah.

Latest ‘Dancing’ news: Kirstie Alley wants to hit the dance floor

SPOILERS, SPOILERS EVERYWHERE.

So, what you’re wanting to know is….Is Kate still around? And you won’t be shocked to find out that, yeah she is. Aiden Turner, hot British former soap star who never figured out what to do with his hips, went home. And although Kate and Niecy Nash were the last two announced safe, host Tom Bergeron lets slip that they aren’t necessarily at the botton. Tricky, show. I don’t like it. I wanna know how the rankings really went, because the voters need to know who needs saving. They’re playing cat and mouse here, and I don’t appreciate it. They are trying to protect their ratings…as in Kate…so they don’t really want people to know whether or not she’s doing well in the voting, to keep you guessing.

She’s the worst dancer. And she should go. That is all.

Tonight, we’re doing the rumba and the tango, two sexy, sexy dances that I’m predicting some will excel at and some will repel with. No guesses on who’s who!

There are two sets of scores tonight, one for technique and one for performance. It’s like figure skating…wonder if a certain figure skater’s going to excel this week?

We start with Erin, who is freaked out by the tango and by the prospect of Len messing with her about her footwork. Also, her back hurts. Oww. They’re dancing to “Sweet Dreams,”  which is a very intense song with lots of opportunity to pop. It’s brilliant. The conscnsus with the judges is that she was trying really hard but that it didn’t quite work. 18  technical, 21 for performance. I’d have thought it would’ve been higher.

Well, this is gonna be brief, like “Dancing With The Stars” results shows should be. You don’t need filler – you need “And here’s who’s going home! G’night, Cleveland! Tip your waitresses, and no fighting in the parking lot!”

Anyway, you knew Kate Gosselin wasn’t going home, even though she was awful, because of all the hype she’s gotten for being awful. I was thinking Buzz Aldrin would, because his scores were not good and because…I’m being honest here…the dancing is not stellar. Then again, I don’t think the world was ready to let an American hero go home first, so they sacrificed Shannen Doherty instead. I guess the Women Who Love Their Sick Daddies lobby isn’t as powerful as the American Awesome Astronaut lobby, or the Tabloid Fame Addict lobby. Also, people don’t love Shannen Doherty, certainly not as much as they love staring at Kate Gosselin.

There was more fighting, stomping and storming out of rooms on last night’s “Dancing With The Stars” than in your average dinner with an angsty 15-year-old. I’ve never seen so much drama in one week, where it seemed every other celebrity was having some patience-testing kerfluffle with their professional partner, and where it seemed like at least one of those professionals (Tony Dovolani) was gonna put on his boogie shoes and boogie on out forever, away from partner Kate Gosselin.

“I don’t understand!” Kate wailed, after badgering Tony about how his teaching style didn’t take into account “how I learn,” a point tht one might make if one also knew how to dance. If you can’t dance, and you’re trying to learn, I think you best listen to the dude who does. Daniel-san questioned Mr. Miyagi’s “wax on, wax off” method, until he realized he should just shut up and listen. And we all know that worked out very well.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A “Baywatch” babe, an astronaut and a gold medal figure skater are among those who will compete on the spring season of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Host Tom Bergeron and former finalist Melissa Rycroft revealed the cast Monday. It includes Pamela Anderson, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and reality stars Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka.

Also competing for the mirrorball trophy will be: gold medal figure skater Evan Lysacek, sportscaster Erin Andrews, singer Nicole Scherzinger, football star Chad Ochocinco and actors Shannen Doherty, Aiden Turner and Niecy Nash. Read the full story

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — The TLC network has reached a settlement with reality TV star Jon Gosselin over a breach of contract lawsuit.

The network sued Gosselin in Montgomery County, Md., Circuit Court in October. Gosselin also filed a countersuit, claiming TLC violated Pennsylvania’s child labor laws in filming “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ about the Pennsylvania family with eight children.

The network says that all terms of the settlement are confidential and the whole Gosselin family remains under contract.

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin’s attorney, says the settlement was filed Wednesday and Gosselin did not appear in court.

Heller did not disclose details, but said all litigation has ended and he hopes “this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey.”

Jon Gosselin’s apartment was ransacked by someone who slashed furniture, stole his TV and left a note pinned to his dresser with a butcher knife while he visited his children for Christmas, his lawyer said Sunday.

The reality show star was “devastated” by the destruction he found when he returned Saturday from Pennsylvania, attorney Mark Jay Heller said in a statement.

Gosselin’s clothes, bed and other furniture were cut up, and a family-heirloom vase was shattered, Heller said. His TV, other electronics and his dishes were taken by a “very troubled and sick perpetrator,” Heller said.

He wouldn’t disclose who signed the note or what it said, adding that police were examining it. Police declined to comment.

Christmas has come early this year Jon and Kate are officially divorced.

The Gosselin split shaped up to be the nastiest in 2009. The two appeared on practically every entertainment show and magazine airing out their dirty laundry.
