Lindsay Lohan may bare all in the pages of Playboy, according to TMZ.
The gossip site is reporting that a deal between the legally embattled actress and the magazine has been in the “works for months.” Lohan reportedly asked for $1 million for the pictorial, but accepted less than that.
A rep for the actress said in an e-mail to Celebritology that he cannot confirm the rumors “at this time.” A Playboy rep also declined to comment on the rumors to E!.
If this news turns out to be true, it wouldn’t be the first time Lohan has shown a lot of skin in front of a camera. In 2008, she posed topless for New York Magazine to recreate Marilyn Monroe’s final photo shoot. She’s did the same in the pages of German GQ.

Lindsay Lohan’s time in jail will be short, but her time away from the public eye will be much longer.
Sheriff’s officials say the actress will spend only about two weeks of a 90-day sentence in jail. But her brief time in an isolation cell that has housed other celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Michelle Rodriguez is just one element of a sentence that is designed to punish and rehabilitate the star.
Once Lohan is released in early August, she will be required to report to probation officials within a day. She has also been ordered to spend three months at an inpatient rehab.

A slew of Lindsay Lohan’s recent drug tests were clean, but her fingernails definitely are not.
The day after the actress was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail began with news outlets focused on the four-letter message painted on Lohan’s middle fingers, which she prominently displayed during Wednesday’s court hearing. The day ended with the release of a court filing that detailed what’s in Lohan’s medicine cabinet — a mix of legally prescribed antidepressants, a powerful painkiller and heartburn medication.
Neither Lohan’s manicure nor her medicines led to her return to jail, but both revelations are hints of the intense scrutiny facing the starlet in the coming months.
In addition to jail time, Lohan will also have to check into an inpatient rehab program for three months and continue seeing a probation officer after that.

The next stage of Lindsay Lohan’s life is in a judge’s hands.
Lohan is scheduled to appear Tuesday in a Beverly Hills, Calif., courtroom for a probation revocation hearing that could end with Lohan headed for jail.
The hearing is the culmination of several missteps by the 24-year-old actress, whose probation for a three-year drug and alcohol case was revoked in May after she missed a hearing. She faces an increasingly impatient judge who has seemingly grown tired of the actress’ inability to complete the terms of her sentence or appear in court on time.

A person familiar with Lindsay Lohan’s probation says the actress is facing a possible violation after her alcohol ankle-monitor went off this week.
The source, who was not authorized to speak publicly, tells The Associated Press that the monitor apparently went off after Lohan appeared at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
It remains unclear if the ankle-monitor’s alert will result in a probation violation for the “Mean Girls” star. A court hearing on the matter has not been scheduled.
Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said she is looking into whether a violation may have occurred.
The actress has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.
